4. Shipping and Delivery

- Shipping delays may occur due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Refunds and Returns
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're unsatisfied with your Santa Claus costume, we offer a 30-day return window.
- To return a product, it must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
- A $99 refund fee will be charged for processing your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days after we receive the returned product.
6. Exchanges
